Residential and Commercial

As we have said in the home page there are certain differences between working in a residential environment and working in a commercial environment. What we are going to try and do is basically highlight those differences and here is why. What we know is the same is that we are able to work with many different types of roofs. So it does not really matter to us what type of roof you want us to install or repair. We also know that the costs are going to depend on the size of the project. So we want to take all of the obvious takes out of this page.
 
Certification & Legality
When we are talking about any commercial project even if it is just like painting a building downtown there is always going to be a legal aspect involved. These are things that we don’t overly enjoy doing, but we know that it is just something that we are going to have to do. In housing, there are always going to be those tough homeowners’ associations that are going to be breathing down your neck. We are going to want to make sure that this is not a problem for you moving forward and you can install the roof that you want to install.
 
The Crew Comes With A Plan In Place   
When we are working in your house we don’t expect you to have a full blueprint of what you want. Unless we are working in partnership with the construction company that is building your house for the first time. In commercial jobs, we know that we have to stick to the plan and make sure that everything goes like it was drawn up. Whatever the case maybe you can know that you are getting a team on the job that knows how to get things done.
 
What Is The Best Type Of Roof  
We get a lot of clients that outright want us to tell them which type of roof we believe is best. Quite frankly this is going to depend on the type of building that we are looking at and what type of results the client is looking to obtain. Each type of roof has a reason why they may or may not fit. We have cases where we could easily go for metal roofing or aluminum and really the difference is mostly in price and quality. Those are decisions though that we really can’t make for you!
